The 2025 LA Auto Show was particularly special for VW this year, as it was home to the public debut of “Azul”, the Type 2 Bus that survived the LA Fires.
Working for VW to cover the entire experience, I was able to get in before the crowds and capture the overall booth and vehicles on display, but hung around after the reveal of Azul to get some more of the crowds interacting with the cars, in some cases dragging the shutter to add a sense of movement and chaos to the scene.
